When customers place orders or book appointments through your storefront, we process the related transaction data including customer contact information, order details, and scheduling information.

- Process transactions and send related notifications
- Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers — We rely on the third-party providers listed in the next section to operate the platform. Each provider receives only the data required for its function and may not use it for its own purposes.

4. Our Sub-processors
We currently use the following service providers:
- Railway — application hosting and compute
- Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting
- Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and image/file storage (R2)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Lemon Squeezy — subscription billing for business accounts (merchant of record)
- Allpay — card payment processing for customer orders (Israel)
- Meta Platforms — WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger messaging — only when a business connects these channels
- Telegram — order and booking notifications via Telegram bots — only when connected
- Google — push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Google sign-in / calendar sync where enabled
- MapTiler — maps and address geocoding
- Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics
- ImageLayer — AI-assisted content generation and translation
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure password hashing, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team.

Note that individual business storefronts may include analytics or marketing tags (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) configured by the business owner — those are governed by that business's own privacy practices.
