These Terms of Service govern your use of the Localdo platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Localdo.
2. Service Description
Localdo provides a platform for local businesses to create online storefronts, manage product catalogs, accept orders and bookings, and communicate with customers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Subscription and Payments
Localdo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the interval specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Content and Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Localdo, including product images, descriptions, and business information. By using our platform, you grant Localdo a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service. You may export or delete your data at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Localdo to:
- Sell illegal or prohibited products or services
- Misrepresent your identity or business
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
6. Intellectual Property
The Localdo platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Localdo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Localdo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Localdo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but provisions relating to data ownership, liability, and disputes survive.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of Localdo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
